SMALL ITEMS: Free Delivery to Anywhere in Australia no matter where you live. All small items are delivered by registered mail via Australia Post. There is no need for anyone to be present for delivery. If no person is at the address on delivery , a note would be left in your letter box for you to attend and collect the item from your closest post office.
LARGE ITEMS : Free Delivery to all Australian Capital Cities and most regional areas. We have a team of independant courier companies delivering our large or heavy items to your front door. A small surcharge (Approx $100) may apply to special remote locations (ie. Far North QLD, Central Australia and Tasmania) If your order does attract a delivery surcharge, we will seek your permission prior to processing payment and order. Alternatively, if you are unsure if your location attracts a surcharge, please contact us to find out prior to ordering.
Delivery takes 2 to 10 working days depending on your location. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange for a delivery window (usually 3-4hrs) for all large items delivered by couriers. If the purchase was made via Paypal, Cheque or Bank deposit then any nominated person over the age of 18 may accept delivery. If the item was purchased with a Credit Card, the card holder must be present and produce the credit card and a photo I.D. for verification on delivery. Only the credit card holder can accept delivery. We will only deliver to residential addresses if the purchase was made with a credit card. (This is to protect the on-line community and our company from credit card and on-line frauds)
IMPORTANT: For large items, it is essential that the person specified above is present at the location during the delivery window. A re-delivery fee (up to $300) may be charged if there is no acceptable person to take delivery of the items when it arrives at your location or if the address provided by you is incorrect. Your name and contact number will be provided to the courier company for the purpose of contacting you regarding delivery time and other related matters.
