Please read the following terms and conditions carefully
prior to purchase.
DEFINITIONS & CONDITIONS:
1)
'Us', 'Our', 'Our Company', 'We' or 'SLP' means Superb
Lifestyle Products Pty Ltd. 2) 'You' or 'Your' means the
purchaser, customer or buyer. 3) Day or Days mean working
day(s) (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) 4)
Courier means a third party company used to convey or
deliver our products and is not associated with SLP in
anyway. 5) Transit means the period from when the product
leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at the purchaser's
delivery address. 6) Partial Damage means that part of the
product is broken or does not fuction correctly and
can be repaired by replacement part(s). This is to be
determined by SLP. 7) Irreparable Damage means the product
can not be repaired.This is to be determined by SLP. 8)
Re-delivery fee means an additional fee payable by the
purchaser should there be no acceptable person at the delivery
address to sign for and accept delivery during the
arranged delivery time window or the delivery address is
inaccessable or incorrect.
9) Acceptable person means an
adult over 18 years of age. If the purchase was made using a
credit card the acceptable person must be the credit card
holder and must also produce the credit card used to make the
purchase. Any person signing for and accepting delivery must
produce an acceptable I.D. (See 10)
10) Acceptable I.D.
means a current Australian driver's licence, passport or proof
of age card. 11) Delivery Window means the period of time
between which the delivery would arrive at your delivery
address. 12) Parts mean each individual component or a
group of components. 13) Labour means the cost of repair,
removal or installation
DELIVERY:
Our
products are delivered by either Australia Post or independant courier companies.
All delivery time frames are estimates only and are
provided to SLP by the courier. We do not take
resposibility for any delay in delivery. Delay in
delivery may be caused by vehicle malfunctions, vehicle
accidents, industrial actions and natural disasters such
as fires, storms and floods all of which are outside our
control. SLP will contact each purchaser to arrange for
delivery time and to confirm the delivery address. The
acceptable person will be required to produce an acceptable
I.D. prior to receiving delivery.
The product(s) will be delivered
to the front door only. The acceptable person must be present
to receive and sign the proof of delivery. If the
purchase was made with a credit card, the card holder must be
present and must produce an acceptable I.D. The credit card
used to make the purchase must also be sighted.
You must
inspect the product for any damage prior to accepting
delivery. If the product(s) is damaged, you must
not sign the proof of delivery and must
contact SLP immediately. By signing the proof of
delivery you have agreed that you have received the
product(s) in good condition.
All products are covered by
transit insurance whilst in transit. The cost of transit
insurance is included in the delivery fee. The transit
insurance cover terminates when you have received and signed
for the product(s). SLP will however allow for a 2hrs grace
period for late reporting of damaged items. All damages must be
reported to SLP by telephone as soon as possible
and NOT later than 2hrs after
delivery.
Should the product(s) be damaged in transit, SLP
will replace the damaged part(s) free of charge. If the
product is deemed to be irreparable, SLP will replace the
entrie product(s) free of charge. The damaged part(s) or
product(s) must be returned to SLP. SLP will organise and pay
for all transport cost of delivering replacement product(s) or
part(s) including the cost of returning damaged products to
SLP.
IMPORTANT: Should
there be no acceptable person to take delivery of the
product(s) at the delivery address during the predetermined
delivery window, an addition Re-delivery Fee (up to $300) may be
charged. This is to cover the cost of sending the courier back to
re-deliver the product(s). An additional re-delivery fee
is payable on each re-delivery attempts. After 3
unsuccessful delivery attempts the products would be returned
to our warehouse and no further attempts to re-deliver would
be made until we have received further information from
you.
PAYMENT: We accept
the following forms of payment; 1) Bank Deposit at
Commonwealth Bank - Immediate Product Dispatch
2) Personal
Cheque - Products will be dispatched after the cheque is
cleared (Up to 5 working days)
3) Bank Cheque - Products
will be dispatched after the cheque is cleared (Up to 5 working
days)
4) Paypal - Immediate Product Dispatch 5) Credit
Card (Visa or Mastercard Only) - Credit card and card holder
must be sighted on delivery.
- Card holder must also produce an acceptable I.D.
- Delivery to residential addresses only for all credit card
purchase.
Note:
SLP takes internet and credit card fraud
very seriously. We endevour to protect all personal
information and credit card information with the highest
security. We have a 128-bit encrypted online order and payment
page with SSL certificate authentication. We make it our
priority to protect our customers, our company and the general
public from fraud. We also use fraud detecting services to
weed out all potential fraudulent purchases. We will contact
you a number of time to confirm all payment and delivery
information, this is part of our fraud prevention scheme. We will not pass your private details to any third party other then for the purpose of delivering the products.
30 DAYS MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our products, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus the cost incured by SLP for delivery & return delivery.
Conditions:
-You must notified SLP within 30 days if you are not satisfied with our products
-Notification must be by email to sales@superb-lp.com.au - It is your responsibily to confirm that SLP has received the notification.
-You must include a copy of the invoice
by fax.
-The product must be returned to SLP in its original condition & packaging. Product must not be damaged or marked in anyway.
-All return deliveries must be organised by SLP. The cost of the return delivery is the same as the original delivery.
-After receiving the products and we are satisfied all above conditions have been met, SLP will credit the refund amount into the original payment account (ie, credit card or bank account)
-The refund amount is the original purchase
price minus the cost of initall delivery plus return delivery.
Example: Orginal purchase price of $100 with free delivery. Say, cost of initial delivery is $10, shown as a $10 discount on your invoice, this delivery amount is now chargable. The return delivery amount will be the same as original delivery. Therefore, the refund amout is $100 - (2 x $10) = $80
WARRANTY:
All SLP products come with a 12 month warranty against faulty material or workmanship. Should the product fail during the warranty period, we will send you a replacement free of charge. The faulty item must be returned to SLP before a replacement is sent. SLP will arrange for the pick-up of the faulty item at no cost to the customer.
Warranty does not include the cost of removing the faulty products or to have a new product installed. Warranty does not include labour. Warranty is void if the product was installed incorrectly or not according to instructions. Warranty is void if the product was used for purpose or manner other than those specified or intended. Original invoice must be produced to claim warranty.
